Order and Delivery Policy

• Free delivery within Metro Manila for a minimum purchase of P2,000.00 except for Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Valenzuela, and North Caloocan Area.
• Additional charge of P750.00 is applicable for below P2,000.00 worth of purchase within Metro Manila.
• For other areas in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, please contact our office for the shipping fee.
• Estimated transit time for delivery*:

Metro Manila 3-7 business days

Luzon Area                                                          7-10 business days

Visayas and Mindanao Area                         1 week to 2 weeks

*During weather disturbances and natural calamities, the customer can expect to receive a call or a text notification from our office regarding the delay in delivery.

• All added transportation costs inside subdivisions will be shouldered by the client.
• If the customer does not claim the product within 20 minutes of delivery, the order shall be subject to rescheduling within 2-3 days with an additional charge of P750.00 within Metro Manila except Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Valenzuela, and North Caloocan Area. For other areas in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, please contact our office for applicable charges.
• Check the unit thoroughly for damages upon receipt of the order. Please contact our office for any concerns, within 24 hours of receipt.
